Privacy Policy

This site (https://northeast-bridal-r3g24mpkl-vincent-vellas-projects.vercel.app) is the online home of Northeast Bridal, a traveling bridal hair team based on Long Island and serving the NYC tristate area. We keep this short because we collect very little.

What we collect

We may collect information in two situations:

• Booking inquiries. When you book a consultation through our embedded Calendly scheduler or contact us by email or phone, we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, email, phone, wedding date, and any notes about your styling preferences.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records routine technical information for every page request — IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps — to keep the site secure and operational.

We do not run a comment system, user accounts, newsletters, or uploads. There is nothing on this site that asks you to create a login.

How we use your information

We use booking inquiries solely to respond to you, plan your wedding-day services, and follow up about your event. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Third-party services

We use a small number of third parties to operate the site. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Calendly— powers our inline scheduler. When you interact with the calendar, Calendly processes the contact details you submit and may set its own cookies. See calendly.com/privacy.
• Vercel— hosts the site and provides Vercel Analytics for anonymous, aggregate page-view statistics (top pages, referrers, country, device type). Vercel Analytics is cookieless and does not store raw IP addresses or any personal information. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Cookies

We do not set our own cookies. The Calendly widget may set cookies related to its scheduler when you open it; you can block these through your browser settings without affecting the rest of the site. Our static pages otherwise work without cookies.

How long we keep your information

We keep booking-related correspondence for as long as it is useful to plan and follow up on your event, plus a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required to keep it for tax or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you.
• Correct anything that’s wrong.
• Delete your information from our records.

Children

Our services are intended for adults planning weddings. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the site collects or uses information, we’ll update this page and revise the “last updated” date at the top.
